He suduces the audience and his faithful stage manager, Adrianus, while handing his puppets. Over the numbers, voluntarily clumsy the relationship, full of conflicts and passion existing between the puppeteer and his puppets appears. Those latest ask for an impossible indpendence. The audience, accomplice, participates in this playful and emotional row where illusion has the last word.
