« Aline », « Capri c’est fini », « J’entends siffler le train », « Mes mains sur tes hanches », « Tes tendres années », « L’école est finie », « Ma vie », etc. Remember all these tunes sung by Johnny Halliday, Sheila, Richard Antony, Adamo, Christophe, among others, which marked the 60’s, also known as the “yéyé years”. At that time the youth was discovering new rhythms from Great Britain and America. At the same time black and white TV was developing, broadcasting such programs as « Age tendre et tête de bois », « Intervilles », « Belphégor », « Cinq colonnes à la une » etc.

Multiplex theatres with wide audience have taken the place of small neighbourhood cinemas. Let’s re-invent a local, original, humorous and poetical cinema.
My storekeeper makes his cinema.
A touring and convivial cinema:
In the first place, our team meets the shopkeepers of the street or the neighbourhood and shoots short super-8 films, lasting from 20 seconds to 1 minute, staging them working in their shop. Those films will then be edited in loops and projected in their respective shop. Some information about the shop’s history will be useful for our guides.

Athus’ real brass band that took part in the project. A surprising experience with the Opus Company, to celebrate the coming of fall. For « Des rives la nuit », Opus and his bunch asked us to come and project films during a memorable and damp (for us) night in St Martory.

« Identity »
“A significant axis of exploration immediately appeared: the notion of « identity » that could characterize this cross-border identity that has evolved for 30 years. This project was developed by the “Centre d’Animation Globale” of Luxembourg with the active collaboration of the French theatre street company “La Tortue Magique” (Orléans), the city and the Cultural Centre of Aubange, the Province of Luxembourg and Alain Schmitz.”
